2 Week Workshop Experience - Paint for Hong Kong Baked Rice

Goji Studio is hosting a two week Paint for Hong Kong Baked Rice experience! The ticket cost is per person :)

Get your creativity flowing as you'll be painting your own oven-safe casserole plate! This workshop's theme: Nostalgia. Maybe you grew up listening to Britney Spears or Green Day. You secretly watch MadTV or the Simpsons when you were definitely supposed to do your homework. Your favourite snacks were Push Pops and Dunkaroos. Dig deep into that treasure trove of memories.

On the second week, Ken will be serving his version of Hong Kong Diner Baked Rice. One half will be a tomato and gochujang based sauce, savoury grilled short ribs with scallion and ginger on top. The second half will be a cream corn white sauce, with deep fried cod and gooey cheese on top. You'll be given a side of "gai lan" served alongside with a refreshing preserved salted lime soda with a ginger syrup made all made in house to cut through some of that delicious richness.
