Our Process
Step 1: Let's talk!
We have an in-depth conversation about what you're looking for whether it's a gift for a loved one, or a big order for a restaurant, or an event activation, we want to make sure that we're meeting your specifications.
Step 2: Mockup / Prototype
After our initial conversation, we will first draw up a mock up design for what will be painted on the vessel. If you do not require underglaze painting, we will throw a prototype for your approval.
Step 3: Payment
Once the design or prototype has been approved, we will send you a private link for full payment or deposit; depending on what is agreed upon.
