2 - Week Experience - Cobalt for Hainanese Chicken

Due to popular demand, we are opening up to host one more workshop! We will be leading a cobalt painting class.

The theme for this class: Folklore. Do you have your favourite Yokai or mythical creatures? Maybe you have one made up like... a lobster with a head of a chicken named Lauren. Lauren brings fortune and low prices on eggs. You'll be painting on white, hand-thrown porcelain bowls which will then be fired and used in the second week.

On the second week, Ken will be serving his version of a soul-comforting Singaporean dish (And also Ash's favourite) Hainanese Chicken Rice onto your freshly made bowls. Consisting of perfectly poached chicken presented atop a bed of fragrant rice infused with chicken broth and garlic. Accompanied by a scallion and chilli sauce that further elevates the dish, you get spicy, tangy and sweet - Are you drooling yet?
