Dig deep into that treasure trove of memories.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eOn the second week, Ken will be serving his version of Hong Kong Diner Baked Rice. One half will be a tomato and gochujang based sauce, savoury grilled short ribs with scallion and ginger on top. The second half will be a cream corn white sauce, with deep fried cod and gooey cheese on top.
